Late last year, my deeply loved dog, Bob, left this world with the compassionate help of Midtown Mobile Veterinary Hospice Services. I wanted Bob and I to spend our last moments together in the serenity of our home so I called Midtown Mobile and arranged for a vet to visit. She gently administered the sedation and patiently waited while Bob and I shared the contents of our hearts with each other and were ready for the final step.
Afterwards, I held my boy and grieved in private for some minutes while our vet waited at the Midtown Mobile van. I carried Bob out and they respectfully took him for his end-of-life care of aquamation. I am forever grateful to Midtown Mobile for giving my beautiful Bob such a loving, peaceful, and stress-free passing.
