By signing this Agreement, you are consenting to the taking of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of you and your dog(s) for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, publicity, communication or any other purposes. You hereby acknowledge and consent to give Way of Life^® Dog Training and its Affiliates full permission to publish in any format whatsoever, the likeness or image of you and/or your dog(s), without compensation. You hereby agree to release all claims against Way of Life^® Dog Training and its Affiliates in relation to the photographs and/or audio/video recordings including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright ownership, and publication.

YOU HEREBY CERTIFY that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, are of legal age and are competent to execute this Agreement. You acknowledge that you are signing this Agreement voluntarily and that you do so intending to bind yourself, as well as your family, guests, employees, or assigns to the fullest extent possible at law.
